KoinWorks is a leading digital lender for both retail consumers and SMEs in Indonesia.
Problem
During COVID-19, SMEs struggled with cashflow to buy inventories for their businesses. To solve this, Koinworks partnered with B2B e-commerce companies to provide Buy Now Pay Later loans to the SMEs for payments. Since it was SMEs taking loans, the ticket size was also high and it was crucial to do the risk asessment thoroughly while also taking care of a smooth customer experience.
Solution

I coordinated with B2B e-commerce platforms to gather requirements, and assess API integrations.

Evaluated Customer Relationship softwares (CRM) for collection features, compliance, cost, integration time, etc.

Developed product requirements, user stories, and specifications and prioritised and managed features & improvements.

Conducted daily standups, sprint planning, sprint review, backlog grooming and sprint retrospective during development.
