Improved Janio's Reliability Score

Janio is a 4 PL cross-border logistics service provider for e-commerce shipments across South East Asia.

Data was scattered across multiple platforms, hindering effective tracking of lead times, leg-level performance, real-time shipment delays, and Network Partner SLAs, thus inhibiting the ability to monitor and improve network partner performance as well as proactive communication with customers.

• I started investigating the problem by interviewing internal subject matter experts, doing user research and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.

• I created a customer journey map and highlighted the pain points that needed to be addressed. 

• I conducted brainstorming workshops with UI/UX designer, engineering leads and business heads to arrive at a solution.

• After that, I created product requirement document as a guide for business and technical teams to build, launch, and market the product.

• I was actively involved in the agile development process by doing daily standups and continuos testing.

• I worked with the analytics team to set up data dashboards to measure the impact of the product.
